Your pizza is cooked to order and vacuum sealed no more than 24 hours before shipping to ensure freshness. Your personal pizzas are packed frozen, sealed in state-of-the-art insluated packaging, and shipped Monday - Wednesay to ensure your pizza arrives fresh and ready to cook.
All online orders include free shipping, and all of our packages are shipped via FedEx. Since our frozen pizza orders are temperature and time sensitive, we only choose the quickest means of delivery.
We strive to get all orders packed and shipped on time.
Europa Wood-Fired Pizza only ships on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday– all orders placed after 11am EST will ship the following shipping day.
All items are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any frozen pizza products, and we are not responsible for packages returned by the carrier. Europa Wood-Fired Pizza does not offer refunds on any orders unless there was an error in the packing of your order.

If your package was damaged due to carrier-mishandling, thus causing damage to the contents, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery at support@europapizzeriabk.com with photos and details about your damaged order. We will open investigation with the carrier.
Europa Wood-Fired Pizza does not offer refunds for orders that are damaged beyond our control, such as extreme temperatures outdoors or within carrier facilities. If your order is affected by extreme temperatures, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery at support@europapizzeriabk.com to report the issue, and we will contact the carrier and appropriate teams.
Europa Wood-Fired Pizza works diligently to pack, and ship orders as they are received. Our systems will notify you via email with tracking information, and updates are sent as the package makes its way to you!
Europa Wood-Fired Pizza is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
Europa Wood-Fired Pizza does not require a signature for the delivery of its packages. The decision to leave an unattended package at your front door is solely up to the discretion of the driver. If the driver feels it is safe to leave the package, then they will do so. If you live in a residential community, carriers may deliver your package to a mailroom or front desk. Europa Wood-Fired Pizza is not responsible for missed deliveries because no one was home and the driver felt it was unsafe to leave it, or, if the package does require a signature and no one was home to sign.
